3. Prohibition on Affiliate Marketing & Lead Buying

Zero Tolerance for Lead Brokering: Crowell Digital Marketplace operates as a direct technology service provider. We strictly prohibit the use of our service for the buying, selling, renting, or brokering of third-party lead lists, affiliate lead arbitrage, or unsolicited bulk messaging. All leads captured through AIBiz Pro belong exclusively to the subscribing client business.

4. Subscription Offer & Billing Terms

The Offer: 30-day free trial, then $97 per month.

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial period to evaluate the service risk-free.
• Monthly Subscription: After the trial period concludes, your subscription renews automatically at $97 per month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties, contracts, or hidden fees. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

5. SMS & Telephony Messaging Terms (10DLC Compliance)

By providing a mobile number or requesting SMS communication through our platform, you agree to the following messaging terms:

• Carrier Protection: Mobile carrier information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscribe request.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Limitation of Liability
